I ended up going with this hitch after looking at a few cheaper ones, i’m glad I did. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, but once it showed up, it felt sturdy and well made, and the packaging was totally fine. Depending on what you’re expecting, the price might feel a little higher than some others, but for the quality, I think it’s fair. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that shipping took a little longer than I had hoped. Still, if I needed another setup, I’d probably buy this one again.

I ordered a hitch from shockerhitch, i’m impressed so far. I’m a little biased because I tend to favor heavy-duty looking gear, and this thing definitely has that feel. The metal is heavy, the welds look clean, and it doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy vibe at all. It fit well too, and I haven’t noticed any weird rattling since putting it on. I’m giving it 4 stars only because there was a small scuff in the finish right out of the box. Not a big deal, but I did notice it. Overall, it feels tough and like it should hold up for a long time

I’ve been using my Shocker Hitch for a while now, and to be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do well. Towing feels smoother and I haven’t had any major issues. That said, it’s not exactly a “set it and forget it” kind of thing, because apparently checking air pressure and keeping the grease points maintained is part of the fun. Not a huge deal, but if you tow a lot, it’s definitely something you’ll need to stay on top of. Good hitch overall, just a little more needy than I’d prefer

When I opened it, there were no dents and no missing parts, which was a relief. You can tell they actually took a little care with it — and with heavier stuff like this, that matters

I got my Shocker Hitch my first reaction was that it just felt like something I could trust. It has a clean finish, the welds look solid, and it’s got enough weight to make you feel like it’s built right without seeming oversized or clunky.

I haven’t put it through much yet, so I can’t speak too far ahead, but just seeing it on my truck makes me feel good about the purchase. It looks like it belongs there, not like some flimsy hitch I’d regret buying later.

I’ve been using this for months now with plenty of towing, and it’s still holding up great. it’s kind of ridiculous how solid it still feels after everything I’ve put it through.

I can feel the ride is smoother than before, so that’s nice. It’s not perfect tho, still a little rough at times, but overall it feels better.

Tracking worked fine the whole time too, so there wasn’t anything to stress about. Happy with how quick it came...

The website was really easy to use. I found the hitch info and pictures without having to dig around too much, which was super helpful. Checkout looked simple too. A few pages have a lot going on, but overall it worked just fine and didn’t feel confusing

I found the hitch I needed in stock here, which was nice because everywhere else it seemed out. A couple of the sizes, they were missing, but still enough options there were to choose from. Checkout was easy too. I’d use them again.

I’ll be fair and say the hitch seems to work like it’s supposed to once it’s in place. The issue for me is how heavy it is. I didn’t realize it would be such a hassle to move around and get lined up, especially doing it by myself. Maybe that weight is part of what makes it sturdy, but it definitely makes using it more annoying than I expected. I just wish the listing made the weight more obvious or included something to make it easier to handle.

I picked up my Shocker Hitch mainly because I needed something adjustable for different trailers, and it’s been really handy!! Moving it up or down is quick and way easier than my old setup. I’ve used it on a couple different trucks now, and it lined up great each time. It feels solid so far and definitely makes hooking up a lot less annoying!!

Not gonna lie, it did make bumps feel less jerky than before, but I could still feel some of the jolts. It’s an improvement, just not a total fix.

I haven’t actually used a Shocker Hitch myself yet, but from what I’ve seen other truck owners say, it seems like a trusted brand. A lot of people seem to like them and speak well of the quality, so that kind of gives me confidence. I mean, when that many folks are saying the same thing, it usually means.....
